** The calculation of carbon sequestration is based on projections of carbon sequestration of a teak plantation, over twenty years of harvest rotations. For conservative purposes, successive harvests are not carried out, even when we consider that teak is a species of sustainable management, since new sprouts are cut every twelve years after the first harvest.
